First Juried Show
I will be attending my first show November 19 - November 22, 2009 at the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary
Company Logos and Custom Design
Moving forward I will now do custom designs and company logos. Many logos are already a form of art, and to re-create them using Crystal Imagery would be spectacular. I also acknowledge the talent people have and feel working closely with them would bring their vision together.
New Items
After years of searching I finally found jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets & belt buckles) and other objects (letter openers, door knobs & wine toppers) that I can do my art work on.
Lethbridge Herald
Last week I had the pleasure of visiting with Caroline Boschman from the Lethbridge Herald and share my art, businesses, and story. Being my first interview I was a bit nervous but soon felt at ease with her, and even started to enjoy it. By the time I left I am sure I was on Cloud 9, even though I realized there was no guarantees of anything being published. I don't think it is a feeling I will soon forget.
On October 4, 2007 the article was published! It felt good to show my work, and hopefully give others the push to dream big and follow it.
